NOTE: Photos of actual instrument. The instrument gets a thorough professional setup before it ships. NEW Dean Edge 2 5-string electric bass guitar in Charcoal Burst. This is a NEW B-stock item with minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect playability, sound, functionality or structural integrity. It is not a pre-owned item (see the definition of what B-stock means below).

This item does not include an economy starter cable. There is a cloudy area in the finish on the back edge of the body (see pic). NOTE: There is a small "CP" (Certified Pre-Owned by Dean Guitars) stamped on the fingerboard to designate the instrument a B-stock item.

B-Stock items have minor cosmetic blemishes that were discovered during our set-up and inspection process. These are strictly cosmetic and do not affect the playability of the instrument. Many times, the blemish is so small you will have a hard time finding it with the naked eye.

Only instruments with minor cosmetic blemishes are B-Stock. The Dean Edge 2 5-String Electric Bass reflects every bit of Dean's 20-plus years of experience in designing bass guitars. It has a light basswood body that is styled and contoured for comfort. The 34 scale maple neck is profiled to be fast playing and sleek feeling. A custom design neck joint and heel along with an asymmetrical 4-bolt pattern creates uninterrupted access all the way up the 2-octave rosewood fretboard. DMT Design pickups along with a 2-band active eq controls deliver a clean low-end that cuts through the thickest mix. Cosmetic touches include black hardware, pearl dot fingerboard markers, and a beautiful gloss finish. Item ID : E2 5 SM CHB.
