2006 Rolf Spuler Paradis Guitar. It has the tuning gears on the headstock. Synth triggers mounted in the bridge. Self contained preamp and Polybass board which adds sub bass frequencies to the lowest 4 strings. Controls are sliders mounted on the bridge saddle mounts.
There is also a stereo headphone jack that can be used through 2 amplifiers. Or stereo channels of a PA as a low level "power out" as an alternative to the Firewire. The body and solid neck (one piece) are built for resonance without feedback. Magnetic headstock wings are removable for servicing. It has a drop "D" fitting with two additional frets that can be added through that mechanism.Out of about 300 guitars built only 45 had the tuners on the headstock. A handful had Firewire and Synth ports and s teel strings. This is basically "D" all of the above as rare as it gets for a Rolf Spuler handmade instrument. Comes with it's own custom flight case and keys. This is the 2008 NAMM show guitar. Paradis Diguit as it is described by Barry Wood in "otheroom NAMM oddities 2008" on Pinterest. This is a one of a kind instrument and you won't find another as nice or as equipped. The flame maple is beautiful and the gold hardware is like new. Tone is amazing, that's what Rolf was striving for. Beauty and sound to match.
