Nice vintage Fender Precision PJ fretless bass. Modified w/ a Badass II bridge, two jazz pickups, 5-way position switch and a mystery switch (wired but not working). Replaced the nut several years ago w/ a piece of solder wire string spacing is a little wide worked well enough that I never got around to having a new one made. Wonderfully aged finish no checking. Small ding on the lower rear bout easily repaired w/ wood putty.
Neck is straight truss rod works as it should. Rosewood board is smooth no grooves. Pickguard is original and has a matching serial # sticker. Whoever did the mods knew what they were doing.
70s Fender case in good condition. Super fun to play and sounds great through a dual showman.
Original broken nut, replacement nut and toggle switch cap included not pictured pickguard crack at the jack repaired w/ aluminum tape and a washer. Overall a nice playing/sounding unique 70s Fender fretless PJ. The item "1976 Fender Precision Fretless Bass" is in sale since Friday, August 14, 2020.
