1979 Vintage Ibanez Musician Bass Guitar MC900 please see description

  

This is a'79 Ibanez Musician active bass that's seen some history. Please note, as I've tried my best to convey in the photos, this appears to have had a professional conversion to 8 string in the past and I played it as a four string for years, and then had a professional four string nut added and setup etc. Had the circuits worked on by a tech, but I'd often play it passive, so not 100% sure about the preamp etc. Plenty of scuffs in its life as the photos show.
