For sale is a 1998 Fender 5- String Standard Jazz Bass. This bass plays and sounds great. The neck is straight and all controls and electronics work perfectly as intended. This bass was made in Mexico and has the amazing "Midnight Wine" finish.

It is in good overall condition with some typical cosmetic wear from use and age, namely some scratching/scuffing and wear on the sides of the bass and some surface scratching in the finish. It has never been abused. The tuners were swapped out at some point, and the bass now has 3 Gotoh tuners and 2 tuners I believe to be the originals.

They are all the same style, so you can only tell when looking at the back of the headstock. There are no cracks or anything else that would impact the structure or functionality of the bass.

Please view and zoom in on all pictures. A non original hardshell case is included. The case is pretty beat has a couple cracks, the straps came unglued, but does the job. This item ships free economy class in the continental USA. Please check out my other listings, and thanks for looking!
