This 30 bass is really fun to play! Some people find them a little uncomfortable, personally I have no problems with it when sitting down, but when standing up it does feel a little bulky and it is a neck heavy design, so it may take a bit of getting used to. Although it's fitted with 2 Jazz Bass style pickups it sounds very different, partly due to the positioning.

In some ways this instrument reminds me more of a Violin Bass due to the tone, size and short scale. The action is nice and low and the smooth satin finish maple neck feels great to play. It has rubber feet on the bottom so you don't need a guitar stand, but it does need to lean towards a wall or stable object as the weight is unbalanced and it will otherwise fall forward.
