Fender Classic Series'50s Precision Bass 2014 Black. Here for sale we have a Fender Classic Series'50s Precision Bass in Black finish. The gloss finish neck plays very well, with a fairly wide profile, feeling comfortable in the hand. The vintage style fret wire feels great to play on, giving a rock solid playing surface. Classic'P' contours feel familiar, giving great access to the full register of the bass. The tone of the'50s Precision Bass is exactly what you'd expect from such a traditional and long-favoured design. It has a deep and warm low end, clear and thumping mids and a smooth, rolled-off high end. The controls are simply volume and tone pots, all you'd need on a'P' bass and they are very versatile in tone shaping. Model - Classic Series'50s Precision Bass. Fingerboard Radius - 7.25. Headstock- Overall in very good condition, there are some light indents visible to the top edges, which are not significant but visible. Neck- I have noticed a light finish indent behind the first fret not affecting playability, the rest of the neck is in excellent condition. Body- Light scratch markings are visible to the sides and front, which are visible under a bright lighting.

The rear shows some more visible scratch markings and a couple of light finish indents. Shape and condition is very good. Truss Rod & Bridge- Fully Functional and can be adjusted. Height of the string from the 12th Fret- 2.5mm bass 2mm treble. Please be aware that the action on a guitar may move slightly in transit and this measurement is the current height.

The setup is adjustable to preference by the new owner. Strings on Guitar- 45 - 100. Electrics are in full working order. The guitar shows some aesthetic markings mainly to the rear of the body which are not significant but visible. The frets offer good playability across a range of setups, the hardware/electrics are fully functional with some very light tarnishing visible.
