Fender Kingman Bass Acoustic/Electric Bass Guitar Black. Decked out in the electric-inspired style of Fender's California Player series, the Kingman Bass delivers the full, deep acoustic projection and comfortable playing feel you expect from Fender.

Named for a famous stop along US Route 66, the short-scale Kingman Bass offers a gloss black finish, smooth-playing mahogany Jazz Bass® neck and convenient cutaway for easy access to the upper reaches of the fingerboard. This particular Bass has had a professional repair to reglue the bridge where it was lifting slightly from the body. This was done very nicely by a Fender-authorized refurbisher to ensure there is no issue in the future. There is a small finish imperfection on the edge of the soudnhole and there are a few tiny black marks over the body binding. We have included close-up photos.

Aside from what we have described, this instrument is in mint condition. We have given this bass a nice pro setup to make sure it is playing nicely, low and easy without buzz! The short-scale neck and smaller-than-dreadnought body make it especially easy to play for an acoustic bass. The Fishman electronics take over when a little extra volume is needed and do a fantastic job translating the acoustic tone of the bass through a PA or amp.
