The Fender Player series recently replaced the Mexican standard range and is the entry level Fender branded Precision Bass produced in Mexico. Constructed using the same classic Alder body and Maple neck combination this bass is produced to a very high standard, and looks and feels like the real deal. The Modern C profile neck is fairly slim for a P bass neck and the satin feel further adds to the comfortable feel as does the modern 9.5 fingerboard. Open geared tuners and a 4 saddle bridge make sure tuning stability is rock solid. A volume and tone control help shape the tone to the players taste. Model - Player Precision Bass.
