Revelation RB-67 3 Tone Sunburst Electric Bass Guitar

  
Here for sale we have a Revelation RBJ-67 in 3 Tone Sunburst finish. This bass guitar features an Okoume body, a'C' profile Maple neck and fingerboard, 20 Jumbo frets, a 34 scale length, along with a pair of Entwistle LBXN single coil pickups, wired to independent volume pots and a master tone. The gloss neck is smooth and comfortable in the hand, with the jumbo fret wire making for a rock solid playing surface. The double cutaways provide excellent access to the upper register, overall the'J' style body contours feeling familiar and ergonomic. The pickups are hugely versatile while keeping simplistic controls with the dual volume pots and master tone. The RBJ-67 has a solid and weighty low end, punchy mids and clear, articulate highs, overall an excellent workhorse bass, capable of covering virtually any genre. Finish - 3 Tone Sunburst.

Luthier Report by Adam North Guitars. Headstock- The headstock is in very good condition with some light finish chips around the truss rod area, although these are not significant. Body- To the front of the bass there are some light markings visible under specific lighting mainly to the darker areas of the finish. To the area where your arm would rest and around the side of the bass there is a visible lacquer crack which can also be felt and some scuff marking in this region, the sides are otherwise in very good condition with some light markings with it being a darker finish. The rear of the body has some light markings visible again mainly visible to the darker areas.

The shape and condition of the frets appears to be very good. Higher up the fretboard if lowering the action there could be some fret buzz as this bass does suit a lighter playing style. There is plenty of height for adjustment should the new owner feel it is necessary for their playing preference.

Truss Rod & Bridge- Fully Functional and can be adjusted. Height of the string from the 12th Fret- 2.5mm bass 1.5mm treble. Please be aware that the action on a guitar may move slightly in transit and this measurement is the current height.

The setup is fully adjustable to preference by the new owner with note to the bass suiting a lighter playing style so lowering the action could induce fret buzz as is the way with most guitar derivatives. Strings on Guitar- 45 - 100. Electrics are in full working order. The bass is overall in very good condition with note to the markings as stated within the aesthetic condition of the report. The frets offer good playability but do suit a lighter playing style.

The electrics are in full working order and the saddles are adjustable to preference. The hardware is in very good condition with some light signs of previous use but nothing of significance.
