Squier Classic Vibe'60s Jazz Bass 3-Colour Sunburst 2021. Here for sale we have a Squier Classic Vibe'60s Jazz Bass in 3-Colour Sunburst finish. Built in 2021 this bass features a Poplar body, a'C' profile Maple neck, an Indian Laurel fingerboard, 20 Narrow Tall frets, a bone nut, along with a pair of Fender Designed single coil pickups, wired to independent volume pots and a master tone.

The gloss finish'C' neck plays well, its 1.5 nut width feeling comfortable in the lower register, especially when compared with typical Precision bass necks. The Narrow Tall fret wire feels rock solid without being needlessly wide, giving a great playing surface. The Fender designed single coil pickups sound very traditional, clearly having been vintage-inspired, giving you a deep and punchy tone. Model - Classic Vibe'60s Jazz Bass. Frets - 20, Narrow Tall.

Nut Width - 1.5. Fingerboard Radius - 9.5. Pickups - x2 Fender Designed Single Coils. Controls - Independent volume, master tone.

Luthier Report by Adam North Guitars. Headstock- Shows some light marking to the top edge when closely scrutinising the guitar and to the truss rod insert, these are not significant.

The face, sides and rear are in very good condition. Neck- Very good condition showing minimal marking from previous use. Body- The darker areas of the finish show light scratch markings which are not significant. The side near the controls show some white dot markings and to the rear there are a couple of light indents near the contour which are not significant.

Shape and condition is very good for the majority of the fretboard. Towards the last few frets there is some buzzing mainly on the D string when playing past the 15th fret, I suspect the last fret may be a little high. Truss Rod & Bridge- Some issues that may affect a set up.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret- 3mm each side. Please be aware that the action on a guitar may move slightly in transit and this measurement is the current height. The truss rod can be adjusted but I have been unable to set the neck to the optimum relief for playability. The notes in fret condition also limit the setup potential. Strings on Guitar- 45 - 100. Electrics are in full working order. The bass will need some work undertaken to aid in optimising the overall setup and playability of the instrument.

The neck relief and frets towards the higher register will need further attention. The bass aesthetically shows some light markings I would not deem significant and I have noted within the process of the report. The hardware is in full working order and shows minimal tarnishing.
