Here for sale we have a Sterling by Music Man Sub Series StingRay Ray4 electric bass in Black finish, featuring a Basswood body, a Hard Maple neck and fingerboard, 21 medium frets, along with an H-1 ceramic humbucker, wired to a master volume and a 2-band active EQ. The satin finish neck plays very well, offering a smooth and fluid playing surface, with a moderate, easy to get along with profile that gives comfortable thumb positioning. Classic StingRay body contours give easy access to the upper register and offer a lovely connected playing experience thanks to the rear bevel. The H-1 humbucker sounds thick and commanding, with a deep low end, a tight and punchy midrange, along with crisp, articulate highs. The EQ is particularly natural sounding while still being very responsive, allowing you to easily shape the tone without sounding overly harsh.

Body: Overall very good condition, showing very light scratch markings, not breaking the finish. The frets demonstrate minimal signs of use. There is considerable material remaining for any future work the new owner may wish to perform.
